Have you ever sneezed one day from allergies then sneezed another day from a bad cold? Snoring is like that. In other words, not all snoring is the same. Everyone snores for different reasons. When we get to the bottom of why we snore, then we can find the right solutions to a quieter, deeper sleep.
People who snore often have too much throat and nasal tissue, or “floppy” tissue that is more prone to vibrate. The position of your tongue can also get in the way of smooth breathing. Evaluating how and when you snore will help you pinpoint whether the cause of your snoring is within your control or not. The good news is that no matter how and when you snore, there are solutions to making it better. Smoking can also cause snoring. If you have colds or you have stuffy nose, most probably snoring will occur. Some people who are also overweight suffers from snoring because of more fatty tissues in the throat which causes narrower air passageway. It is also better if we sleep on a side position than lying against our backs. _________________ Time is Gold. :p

My husband is a snorer. His brothers are snorers. His dad is a snorer. It's genetic! I don't know what it is really. Maybe in the way their jaws/mouths/throats are formed. LOL I really don't know! _________________ High Visibility Workwear | Replica watches |

I watched this topic on television. Those physician said that snoring is a sign of a disease like sleep apnea. Apnea means cessation of breathing, by the way. It's a serious matter which could cause death so snoring shouldn't be taken lightly. I noticed that my mom is snoring one night and I monitored her for a week. She snored on the first night while not for the rest of the weeks. I felt relieved.v _________________ Insulation Installers
