my husband and I are planning to spend Christmas holidays in Europe. I'm a little bit confuse on which country to go to. we've been to Paris and Italy 5 years ago. So, now we would to spend it to another place. may be something historical and friendly people..

Looking for a place that is something historical and with friendly people, well to be honest i never been in Europe but if you may allow me, let me suggest,... you visiting any country from Asia...like for example: Singapore - the name itself has a story to tell, Japan - no doubt it's a very nice place to visit and Philippines - there is so much about this country..almost all part of this country has so much to know...so i hope you consider this..thanks

I agree with Danielv503, you should visit Asia, too. But if you only prefer Europe, why don't you try visiting Denmark. The Danish people were amongst those known as the Vikings during the 8th-11th centuries so they have a lot of historical places. Scandinavian countries such as Denmark, Norway, and Sweden are really friendly to tourists, and Copenhagen (capital of Denmark) is recognised as one of the most environmentally friendly cities in the world. I hope you enjoy your vacation!
