I just moved back to New Jersey in February. I am staying with my sister and I have a new job but only make 12.00 an hour. I have a 300.00 a month car payment. I have been looking at apts but they all cost way more than what I can afford. Being new to the state and not in an apt yet can I get into a low income housing apartment? Or financial help for paying for an apt?
