Man is a lover of gorgeousness and eminence in its full form and glory. Homes were first built out of the need of the humans. As years passed, the air of sophistication was blowing periodically and it led in the change of the living standards of human beings across the planet of earth. Thus the shifting from the caves to the so called the idea of a house was developed in the mind of the humans. Thus the fist homes were built which acted as a protector from the climatic changes and was thus an asylum for the humans. It was much-much later that he started introducing the so called luxury into the same. The luxury has changed the overall outlook of the houses and it was built out of some need only.
In the earlier days the luxury homes so called the bungalows were recognized by the land area it covered. In short luxury was generally based on the square feet of the house. The bungalows were normally built to accommodate the joint families constituting of many members. The rooms were outsized and wood was also used on a large scale which could be counted as luxury as well. Since electricity was not introduced in those days in most of the houses, and when the bungalows use to glow in the Edison’s bulbs, it was too considered to be luxury. Thus in those days a house which was a bit sophisticated and had a bit more amenities than the normal houses, and which, too gathered more land area was collectively, called the luxury home.
The periodic air of sophistication again propelled and now it was in the form of so called development leading to the introduction of technologies as well. Today luxury is not introduced but is induced into the houses that it has become difficult to differentiate it from the normal ones. Today beyond the necessity, a house has grown to be one of the dreams of human beings. Thus his maximum effort in every form could be viewed in his house. Thus to build a New Luxuary Home Builders are not waiting for the air of sophistication to blow but are being the source of the air itself. This is the reason why we may find a swimming pool, more than one kitchen, theatre, and even a mini bar in the newly built luxury homes. |
