A Local Debt advisory company requested our help in assisting them contacting there customers via SMS. After our initial meetings we proposed a few solutions to our customer:
The ability to create Adhoc SMS campaigns for the Sales Managers
The ability for customers to send an SMS into the business to receive a call back or SMS update
The integration of our bespoke SMS service into the customers in-house sales application allowed them to automate SMS updates and information requests to their customers.
Our Development team worked alongside the IT manager and all the above was implemented, tested and live within 2 days.
