People should have a high school graduation in order to increase their chances in the workplace. Without a High School Diploma, there are many doors and opportunities that remain closed. Whether it is a good piece of work, a dream job is to promote education at the University, or simply a feeling of confidence in the end, high school diploma will help you, your sense of accomplishment.

Now a days companies, restaurants, stores etc. or any type of business that pays good money usually asks for a high school diploma. I'm guessing it's their way of proving that you know more than just basic math, basic english, basic science. If you're asking if I think you need one, then my answer would be yes, you need one. It would give you a slight thumbs up when you apply for a job. But it would be better also if you had some job experiences, like sell cookies or whatever. Just for them to know that you have experience and that your capable of the job your applying for.
