My question involves insurance law for the state of: massachusetts
I am trying to find out if I can extend coverage of my personal residence's home owners insurance to my 2-family investment property that is non-owner occupied.
The insurance company is basically telling me i need to obtain a commerical policy for the 2 family property if I don't live there.
